Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Fernweh join forces on “Euphoria Rising,” a 138 BPM Uplifting Main-Floor Trance release that arrived via Future Sound of Egypt on October 16, 2026. Combining one of the genre’s established names with a producer building a distinctive identity in contemporary Trance, the collaboration also earned the Wonder of the Week distinction on Future Sound of Egypt 984.
Established Trance heritage meets a modern perspective
Few producers have maintained a presence in uplifting Trance quite like Alex M.O.R.P.H. From enduring favourites such as “An Angel’s Love” and “Sunset Boulevard” to a steady stream of contemporary productions, the German artist remains closely associated with the melodic and energetic traditions of the genre.
For “Euphoria Rising,” he joins forces with Fernweh, an artist whose growing catalogue reflects an interest in both Trance and the more atmospheric corners of electronic club music.
With recent productions such as “Siena,” “Portofino” and “Young And Free,” alongside the VANDIT release “Against The End” with D.A.R.E, Fernweh has continued to build a presence across the scene.
The partnership therefore brings together two different career perspectives within the same musical tradition.
A 138 BPM statement on Future Sound of Egypt
Released on FSOE, “Euphoria Rising” sits squarely in the main-floor Trance category.
At 138 BPM, the production occupies territory that has long been central to uplifting Trance: energetic enough for peak-time programming while leaving room for the melodic expression that defines the genre.
The release is available in a 3:58 streaming version and a 7:14 Extended Mix, with the latter providing the format intended for longer DJ-set applications.
More importantly, its placement on Future Sound of Egypt is not merely a distribution detail. Aly & Fila selected “Euphoria Rising” as Wonder of the Week on FSOE 984, giving the collaboration a prominent introduction to the label’s radio audience immediately before its official release.
Two artists, one shared direction
The collaboration places Fernweh alongside a producer whose history reaches back through several generations of modern Trance.
For Alex M.O.R.P.H., the release continues an active period of productions and collaborations across established Trance labels. For Fernweh, it represents another step into the wider uplifting scene through one of its most recognisable imprints.
That combination gives “Euphoria Rising” an identity beyond its release statistics. It connects the history of melodic main-floor Trance with an artist developing a contemporary approach to the genre.
Whether that meeting results in a genuinely distinctive musical statement ultimately depends on the quality of the composition, its emotional development and the balance between melody and dancefloor energy.
TranceAttack verdict
“Euphoria Rising” brings together an established uplifting Trance artist and a developing producer under the banner of one of the genre’s important record labels.
The collaboration has a clear identity within the scene, supported by a substantial extended version and prominent recognition on Future Sound of Egypt.
The decisive question is musical rather than contextual: does “Euphoria Rising” offer a melody and emotional progression that make it memorable beyond its immediate main-floor appeal?
