Released into Blank & Jones’ peak early-2000s Trance era, Wippenberg’s Remix of “Nightclubbing” became one of the more elusive versions from the Nightclubbing period. Wippenberg reshaped the 2001 album track into a driving 140 BPM club interpretation that Blank & Jones themselves were already playing in major sets that year. A short edit finally appeared as a bonus track on Desire in 2002, while the full-length remix later returned through the Nightclubbing anniversary catalogue—helping preserve a record whose reputation was built as much on dancefloors and DJ sets as on conventional single promotion.
