“Resilience” continues a collaboration that already proved its potential with 2025’s “Beyond Belief”. That Coldharbour release leaned heavily into high-energy tech Trance, combining driving basslines, a powerful riff and euphoric melodic elements.
This time, Daxson and JKult shift the emphasis.
At 143 BPM, “Resilience” moves considerably deeper into uplifting Trance territory. The higher tempo gives the production an immediate sense of urgency and makes its purpose clear: this is music designed for the point in a set where momentum has already been established and the dance floor is ready for something bigger.
Rather than sitting between progressive, techno and Trance influences, “Resilience” commits fully to the emotional and energetic language of modern peak-time uplifting Trance.
Built and tested for the biggest Trance stages
The track had already developed a life on the dance floor before its official release.
FSOE confirms that “Resilience” was played as an ID during Daxson’s Transmission set and also found its way into Aly & Fila’s Luminosity Beach Festival set. That pre-release history matters: both environments demand records capable of translating emotion and energy to very large Trance-focused crowds.
Its 143 BPM pace reinforces that festival identity. “Resilience” is not designed as a slow-burning introduction or a melodic bridge between styles. It belongs much later in the journey, where uplifting melodies, higher tempos and maximum main-floor impact take over.

More than just another collaboration
There is also more behind the title than the usual inspirational language associated with uplifting Trance.
Daxson has previously spoken about working with JKult — Jake Holt — and described him as an inspiring producer who has continued writing and producing despite being blind. Their first studio session developed around JKult spontaneously creating melodies before the pair turned one of those ideas into the main riff for “Beyond Belief”.
FSOE now introduces “Resilience” by referring to both producers as artists who have demonstrated resilience in life. The label does not elaborate further, and it does not need to.
Knowing the history of the collaboration already gives the title weight. What could easily have been another anonymous festival-Trance name instead becomes part of the identity of the record.

Daxson and JKult have already shown that their collaboration works, but “Resilience” feels like a meaningful progression.
Where “Beyond Belief” explored the tougher intersection between tech Trance and euphoric melody, “Resilience” removes much of that ambiguity and heads directly for uplifting territory. The 143 BPM pace gives it real urgency, its FSOE home suits the direction perfectly, and the support from Daxson and Aly & Fila on major festival stages provides strong evidence of its main-floor effectiveness.
Most importantly, there is a human story underneath the production. That gives the title something many uplifting Trance records struggle to achieve: emotional context beyond the music itself.
Powerful, purposeful and unmistakably built for peak time, “Resilience” is another strong step forward for the Daxson–JKult partnership.
