The results of the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2021 voting are here and as we did in the last years, we take a deeper look at the Trance Artists who made it into the top 100 DJs 2021 ranking! Looking at all these discussions about genres, popularity and artists we don’t want to participate in, we only want to honor the artists who represent the Trance genre in this poll!
After 6 Trance Artists in 2019 and 7 Trance Artists in 2020, the increasing trend continues in 2021 with 10 Trance Artists in 2021. Artists like Aly & Fila, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Cosmic Gate, and Markus Schulz are still missed in the Top 100 DJs.
With Armin van Buuren (3), Vini Vici (20), Above & Beyond (21), ATB (35), Paul van Dyk (41) 5 Trance acts made it in the Top 50 in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2021!
Armin reached 3rd place (after his 4th place in 2020) and stays in the Top 5 now for the tenth year in a row. Congratulations Armin! Vini Vici climbed again and reached the Top20 for the first time – this year the 20th place (after 24 in 2020)! Jono, Paavo & Tony reached 21st place (after 19 in 2020)! ATB made it back into the Top50 with 35th place (after 56 in 2020). Paul van Dyk completes the Top 50 on 41st place (after 50 in 2020)! Congrats to all!
Ferry Corsten (57), re-entry MaRLo (88), new entries Christina Novelli (91) and LUMINN (96) plus Blastoyz (94) complete the list of Trance Artists in this years DJ Mag Top 100 DJs!
