Two established German Trance duos reunite on “When You Go”, released via Euphonic on October 16, 2026. At 130 BPM, Kyau & Albert and Stoneface & Terminal return to the main-floor Trance space with a collaboration that reconnects two acts whose shared musical history stretches back more than a decade.

A Reunion Rooted in Euphonic History

Some collaborations bring together artists from entirely different musical backgrounds. Others build on a connection that has already left its mark on the scene.

Kyau & Albert and Stoneface & Terminal belong firmly in the second category.

Their musical partnership dates back at least to 2013, when the two German duos joined forces for “We Own the Night”. Released through Euphonic, the track combined Steven Albert’s recognizable vocal delivery with the club-focused production approach of Stoneface & Terminal.

The artists continued their collaboration with “One”, featured on Kyau & Albert’s 2015 album Distant Lights.

More than a decade later, “When You Go” adds another chapter to that shared history, bringing both acts together once again under the familiar Euphonic banner.

A Contemporary Main-Floor Trance Direction

Released at 130 BPM, “When You Go” sits in a musical space that connects contemporary main-floor Trance with the more measured pacing of progressive productions.

That positioning is interesting considering the artists involved.

Kyau & Albert have built their reputation around melodic songwriting, emotional expression and a distinctive musical identity. Stoneface & Terminal, meanwhile, have explored everything from classic melodic Trance to harder-edged club productions.

The combination gives “When You Go” an established foundation within the genre. Rather than relying on the novelty of two unexpected names joining forces, the release represents a continuation of a recognizable creative relationship.

Its appearance in both Euphonic Sessions and Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy 698 also places the collaboration within today’s broader melodic and main-floor Trance landscape.

TranceAttack Verdict

The appeal of “When You Go” begins with its history.

Kyau & Albert and Stoneface & Terminal are not merely four familiar names sharing a release. They represent an important part of Euphonic’s musical development, and their return to the studio together carries a sense of continuity.

At 130 BPM, the collaboration also occupies an interesting position between melodic progression and main-floor energy.

What ultimately determines its place among the duo’s shared productions is the strength of the musical execution: the distinctiveness of the central melody, the emotional impact of the arrangement and the balance between progressive flow and club momentum.

For TranceAttack, “When You Go” is therefore an interesting new chapter in an established partnership—and a release whose historical significance deserves attention alongside the music itself.
