It’s been about three and a half months since Jeffrey Sutorius announced his solo return as Dash Berlin as the project’s original producers, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg, respectfully bowed out. Now, the project’s first release since then is finally here and it’s absolutely beautiful.
Remixing “Cold Summer” by Myon & Icon, Dash Berlin brings back the same thunderous synths and super saws that we’ve known and loved. Along with Icon’s vocals, the trance hit does a lot to evoke ideas of cryo blast and lasers swirling around in the air above your head. The pounding beat is sure to be a sign that Dash Berlin is back in action.
