The original version from June 2018 was Sied at his mesmerizing and haunting best. Hypnotic synths breaking the surface of the skin and latching themselves thereunder; pads expanding and contracting then the mother of all razor-sharp riffs unleashed at the break. Smith & Brown are a producer/DJ duo from the Renfrewshire area of Scotland who have been forging a fine reputation for sharp and pounding trance with releases on FSOE Clandestine & Rielism and have really done justice to Sied’s already brilliant “Atomic Blonde”, getting deep inside their VSTs and programming the hell of them with a profusion of tasty production twists and turns. That magical riff is ever-present, but the genius at the drop can only be described here as merciless and raw.
